John’s yoga classes blends Sivananda, Iyengar and Ashtanga to create a Hatha Vinyasa flow with strong focus on Iyengar alignment techniques.

He places precise focus on improving alignment. Once grounding and alignment is achieved he then initiates phycical adjustments, with a dynamic practice while always aware of the core and engaging in the bandhas.

My classes are open to every level of student. Each practitioner will be challenged regardless of experience level. The yoga practice is a tool to help marry the mind, body and spirit. When we unify with our being, we surpass the potential we think we have, and begin to live true, with no borders or barriers.
